A great whiskey gift deserves a solid delivery plan. We aim to get it to you fast and in top-top shape—here’s what to expect:

When Will My Order Ship?

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, ship out the same business day.

Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 3 PM EST ship the following business day. Orders placed after 3 PM Friday through Sunday ship out on Monday.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Ground Shipping (1-5 Business Days): $15

Express Shipping: Costs vary by product and destination—check rates at checkout. Available Monday-Friday only.
Example: Order Saturday evening with overnight service? It ships Monday and arrives Tuesday.

What’s Included: Every shipment comes with a beautifully designed gift box (no peanuts or paper) that is also designed to keep your whiskey safe and ready to impress!

An Adult Signature is Required: All deliveries need a 21+ signature on arrival.

Can I Choose a Specific Delivery Date?

Want it delivered on a certain day? Email us at sales@givethembeer.com with your order number and preferred date, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. You’ll get tracking confirmation when it ships.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Most orders land within 1-5 business days after shipping (order day not included). See the map below for regional estimates. Tracking information will be sent to you once your gift is on the move.

Where Do We Ship?

We ship to: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Restricted States: Alcohol laws block shipping to Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, or West Virginia.

PO Boxes & APOs: No shipping to PO Boxes or APOs yet.

International Shipping: U.S.-only for now.

Delivery Attempts: Carriers try three times. No 21+ signature after three attempts? It heads back to us. (Rare—whiskey’s hard to ignore!)

Pro Tip: Ship to a business—our low-key packaging keeps it discreet, and someone’s usually around.

Schedule It: Use the tracking link to pick a delivery time and nail the drop.

What happens if the recipient is not available to sign for the package?

If your gift cannot be delivered because an adult could not sign for the package and is returned, a refund cannot be issued -- not only because the product cannot be reused once shipped out, but also because we are charged additional shipping to return the package from the destination to which it was sent. If your gift is returned we can offer to reship a new gift. (we will gladly cover the cost of the new product itself, but you must agree to pay for the new ship cost associated).

Can I place one order for multiple recipients?

Yes! If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please download this form, complete and email to sales@givethembeer.com. Upon receipt, we will send you a link to pay for your order.  Immediately after payment, you will receive an order confirmation with all charges via email.

What if  I have an issue with my order?

We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. If an item does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 10 days. 100% customer satisfaction is our top priority. We're happy to send you replacement items as soon as possible. (Keep in mind, out of stock items may have been substituted.)
